Object rotation different from last save?

I have placed a few beams in my scene in a certain position. During the placement i started having problems with rotating them for some reason when i would move the X axis, the other axis's would rotate too. Anyway after i saved the scene yesterday, i loaded it up awhile ago and all my beams were off position. Like they were in the same place but they were slightly rotated a bit more.. Just the beams too which i noticed were the same ones i had problems rotating.
