Request: Advice on delving into "Procedurally Generated Content(PGC)". C# 2D Unity
Hello! This is a rather broad question that probably has many answers, and that is exactly what I want! I need experience in this, I have no idea how to go about scripting my own engine for this, but I one code is most likely very unique and tailor made for the game it applies to, so there is no use for me looking around copying small bits and pieces, I feel.
Would you like to share a good source on learning how to do PGC? I just want to learn and educate myself, because it is truly something i want to accomplish for my game(s). Anything from articles, tutorials, e-books, you name it!
The game I'm working on now is a 2D top-down twinstick controlled game, just for an idea if you can specify what I should look for.
