Your substances (.sbsar files) make up 95.6% of your project:
Other Assets 114.2 mb 95.6%
Each one uses as much as 8.7 mb:
mb 7.3% Assets/Custom Crates/FBX/4ftx4ftx2ft Bow Crate/Materials/4ft x 4ft x 2ft Metal Rim Bow Crate.sbsar
mb 7.2% Assets/Custom Crates/FBX/4ftx4ftx2ft Bow Crate/Materials/4ft x 4ft x 2ft Wood Rim Bow Crate.sbsar
mb 6.8% Assets/Custom Crates/FBX/2ftx2ftx8ft weapon Crate/Materials/2x2x8_Metal_Rim_Weapon_Crate.sbsar
etc.
If you expand each substance in Unity, you'll see that they contain several textures. In the example image below, they're Ice_01_Diffuse, Ice_01_Specular, etc.
Mine are in DXT format. I used the DirectX Texture Tool packaged with the DirectX SDK to create smaller versions. If you can bring them down from, say, 512x512 to just 128x128, you should be able to bring that 114 mb down to about 7 mb.
Also, you can resize the construction guy's textures inside Unity. This one image is taking another 1.3 mb:
-
mb 1.1% Assets/Standard Assets/Character Controllers/Sources/PrototypeCharacter/Textures/constructor_normals.png
