Physics.Raycast + CharacterController + Clipping plane problems
With the FPS Controller, I'm having problems clicking (OnMouseDown) some objects when I look down towards the floor. It's like the cursor is clicking the player's collider, instead of the object.
I'm also casting a ray from the camera to the mouse cursor. It's easy to layermask the Player's CC so the ray doesn't hit it. But how do I do a similar thing with the mouse cursor for when I click?
Also, when I lower the Near Clipping Plane of the camera, it makes the problem worse, in that I can't look down as far before it stops OnMouseOver'ing the object.
Is the only solution to move the camera inside the capsule, and lower the radius of the CC?
