GUI layering
I am trying to make 3D gui with breath of 2D but I am having difficulties that in certain angle the 3D text and two planes are somehow not properly visible , like their layer is not 1->2->3 by distance from camera but rather 2->1->3 even thow they are not close to eachother as can be seen on attached pictures:  
 
What can I do to make them visible properly , 1->2->3 and are there different solutions to achieve this? (no other scripts interfere with these objects except transform positioning and pictures are taken as they is)
