Downloaded C # Example but can't get it to run
Thanks a bunch in advance.
I had to read this three times and almost placed a terribly innacurate answer here. This question quality could use some brushing up imho.

what you need to do is stick the examples on that object then move them to the right place and hit "the Arrow button" if that doesnt work then add this code in to the other script and stick that in the scene.(it's in javascript but i'm sure a genius like you can port it over)
function AskingQuestions()
{
if (PersonAsksStupidQuestion)
{
PersonGetsAStupidAnswer();
}
if (PersonAskAClearQuestion)
{
PersonGetsHelpTheyNeed();
}
}
function PersonGetsAStupidAnswer();
{
Debug.Log ("You're an idiot");
transform.rotate ("middleFinger") = Vector3.Up
User.LookAt ("FAQ")
}

I believe you are refer to C# game examples from M2H (Complete Projects) in Asset Store. After you download it the button on Asset Store will change to Import, so click it.
Now the "C# game examples" will loaded into your Unity, and you should load a scene. After that then you can press the Arrow button on the top. A game will be loaded or we can say play.
There is 5 games as follows
- Game 1 - Catch eggs
- Game 2 - Jump game
- Game 3 - Marble game
- Game 4 - 3D breakout
- Game 5 - Shooting gallery
To try the Game 1 - Catch eggs, you should click "Catch eggs" within "Game 1 - Catch eggs" folder, and now you can press the play button or you called as Arrow button on the top.
That should help you for now!

I don't know what examples you mean? Do you have a link? If it's a complete example there should be a scene that you have to open first in unity. If you start unity you might have an empty scene. Scene-assets have the Unity logo ;). Just look into your assets folder in the project view

i presume you haven't selected any scenes so your just running an empty one
if you indeed imported the files of these examples then it hopefully contains atleast 1 file with a .unity
extension - a scene file with the unity logo as it's icon..load/open it
