Improved Graphics for Terrain

Hey guys, I was wondering how I could modify the Terrain shader for unity into adding additional maps, such as specular or occlusion maps. Is there any method of writing your own terrain shader or nature material?

Sure. There are a few unique challenges with creating custom terrain shaders, and the easiest way of understanding is to look at examples of how other people have done it:

Hmmm...I have downloaded the top one, but I cant find the actual shader so that I could try and modify it. Tbh I think I will just stick to this shader before I break anything...which is probably gonna happen if I dig too deap :D
