Profiler mean values
Hello,
You can select a frame and the profiler shows all the function calls for this frame, but is there any way to calculate the mean for all the frames, so it shows the mean % for each function?

I am not aware of any way to do that.
You can see the total and self time of the call that frame. In the hierarchical time data the self time refers to the amount of time spent in a particular function not including the time spent calling sub-functions.
But to get a mean, you would have to write your own profiler. Check out this one on the wiki.
Profile Update took 0.03267 seconds to complete over 1568 iterations, averaging 0.00002 seconds per call
Profile Start took 7.56886 seconds to complete over 1 iteration, averaging 7.56886 seconds per call
Total runtime: 7.580 seconds

https://github.com/steve3003/unity-profiler-data-exporter Works, has average and min-max functions. To work with 5.6 (and later versions), in file ProfilerData.cs, line 104, substitute #if UNITY_5_5 with #if UNITY_5_5_OR_NEWER
