Permission and stuff, if you want to release your game, and earn money?
I was wondering, if i wanted to release my game, and i use textures i found on google images, or sound effects from free sound effect sides, or used assest from the asset store. Will i need permission from those to release my game? When i release it, do i need to sign something, that everything is made by me? If say the stuff is made by that guy, or that guy, is it ok i release? ANd if they found out that i released the game with there texture, can they take the game down, and sue me or something? Im really curios! Soeey for bad english, its not my mother language.

Yes, they could sue you, and all the rest... EACH AND EVERY ASSET YOU USE has its own copyright rules/terms of use... In the case of free sound effects, you will find the terms on the sight when you download.. It could be anything from TOTALLY FREE FOR ANY USE WITHOUT RESTRICTION, to YOU NEED TO PAY TO USE IT...
Much more concerning though is the google images part of your question.. Just because an image pops up in a google search BY NO MEANS makes it ok to use!!!! MOST OF THOSE IMAGES are copyrighted and would DEFINITELY require permission to use.
Be careful where you get your assets, or you could find big trouble down the line..
That being said, there are plenty of free or very cheap assets to be found on the web, just make sure you pay attention to the TERMS OF USE, which will vary by asset. Free assets usually ask for a mention in the credits...
(in the case of free UNITY assets, such as the free demos provided by Unity, you may use those for any use.. but I don't know the exact rules for free assets from the asset store.. presumably most assets sold on the store are specifically FOR USE, but I suppose one could theoretically eschew that policy.. here is the legal terms for the asset store: http://unity3d.com/company/legal/as_terms )
I am always weary of using stuff like that because even if the creator gives FULL rights for use, I don't really know for sure that the software THEY created it on was properly licensed..
(There are also, of course, exceptions to the rule too, which may allow you to use limited excerpts, etc of otherwise copyrighted works.. but I advise to err on the side of caution unless you KNOW the relevant case is acceptable...)
one other note.. A lot of images on google are FOR SALE, and definitely OFF THE TABLE FOR FREE USE.. BUT, there are also loads of really good pics out there that were created/posted by REGULAR PEOPLE, who will often be happy to provide permission for its use if you just bother to ask. Never hurts to try, many people are happy to know their image is being used in some commercial work!
