Want to change individual shading domains dynamically
Hi. I'm going to be working on a project where we'll have multiple related objects (lets say toes on a foot) and we'll want to be able to change the texture that's being applied to different parts of the toe dynamically, in response to user input. So user could click a button or move a mouse and we'd want to swap in a new texture or shader for a portion of the nail on a specific toe. If I set up shading domains on the 3d objects ahead of time (meaning the model might have one texture for the edge of the nail, another for the main portion, and a third for the lunula or whitish area at the base of the nail), is there a simple way to manipulate this programmatically in C# or javascript within Unity?
