Cannot import animation into Unity if using the Mecanim Humanoid rig setup
Hello,
I have a problem where I import a rig into Unity that's been built, animated, and baked in Maya. If I set it up in Unity using the Humanoid rig, I lose all the animation. If I want to keep the animation, I have to use the Legacy rig. Unfortunately, the very reason I was using the Humanoid rig was specifically to blend, mask, and otherwise work with Mecanim. This is not possibly with the Legacy rig.
So in short(er),
If I use Humanoid setup, I can use Mecanim but not my animation.
If I use Legacy setup, I cannot use Mecanim but I keep my animation.
Would be grateful for any solutions/workarounds.
