Reacting to game being minimised/rotated?
We have a joystick control system for our game. Touches are stored in a dictionary and deleted when they are ended. Unfortunately, when the game is minimised or something pops up over the screen or the screen rotates, the game glitches. This is probably because touches are being ended but (because the app is sent to the background) the code that deletes the touch from our dictionary is not running.
The glitch is exactly the same whether the game is minimised or rotated. Is there some way to safeguard against both these possibilities at once?
