Bullet hole on target
How would I go about making a bullet hole onto a moving target at its hit.point?

I would say you could most likely create a small "bullet hole" prefab at the hit point. to make it follow the target just make it set its parent (transform.parent =) to the hit object. (just a black plane for instance)and have it destroy itself within a few seconds so that you don't have thousands of them all over the place after a few hours of gameplay.
