Unity 4.2 -> 4.3 with oculus pro trial

I registered for a four month pro trial with oculus rift and was wondering if I will lose the pro trial if I upgrade. The reason that I wish to upgrade is the faster culling and the improved render texture. Does anybody know if the license will stick?
