How to create bluetooth multiplayer mobile game?

Hi guys, i'm trying to create multiplayer game for Android and IOS. I'm new with multiplayer game over the network but as i could see there isn't bluetooth connection integrated in unity(sorry but i don't know how else to explain if i'm wrong point me in the right direction). I saw some plugins on assets store for bluetooth, so i'm wondering do i have to have plugin and if i do can u point me in the right direction to write on my own.
