should be

 for(int cnt = 0 < _skill.Length; cnt++)

as in... ) ins$$anonymous$$d of ; which the erros states as well..

"...Unexpected symbol ;', expecting)', or `,'¨ ..."

The error message pretty much spells it out for you...

 for(int cnt = 0 < _skill.Length; cnt++;

should be:

 for(int cnt = 0; cnt < _skill.Length; cnt++)
