Problem downloading specific asset

Hi all,

I've purchased my first asset but can't actually seem to download it... I can access the asset store and download a different one (the survival shooter example) but can't seem to download the one I just paid for!

It simply says "Sci-fi environment models failed to download."

Any ideas why it might work for 1 asset but not another?
