Error building Player: Win32Exception: ApplicationName='...\tools\android.bat',CommandLine='list targets', CurrentDirectory=''UnityEditor.HostView:OnGUI()
this error shows when Im going to build an android apk,
I downloaded a standalone android_sdk_windows that it is about 80 mb, I cant setup android because It is ban for IRANIAN peoples (funny !!!) , thanks so much

Set the Java Home Variable
Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and select Properties.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the Environment Variables button.
Under System Variables, click New.
Enter the variable name as JAVA_HOME.
Enter the variable value as the installation path for the Java Development Kit.
Finally Click Ok
After that Just Restart Your Windows for applying Changes.
This will solve your issue
