How to Make a simple GUI using unity C# and Kinect

Helo. So i already know how to create GUI in unity but i don't know how to let the user for example. push a button using kinect. I already have kinect SDK installed and working with Zigfu.

Would appreciate if someone can guide me to a tutorial about that.
