i have a game with a lot of levels, each level has a different settings for a Level Editor scripts, what is the best way for loading levels ? making a separate scene for each level ? or using scriptable objects as Level Data for the level generator to create ? or is there another way ? what is easier to modify if i have the same UI and post processing and i want to apply them to all scenes ?

it totally depends on the project, if its a puzzle game for example with always all the same UI and just changing some data, using a single scene would be fine, but if not i would separate in multiple scenes.
