Cursor Hotspot
I've read the unity api and tried searching for the meaning of what the hotspot for setting the cursor mean? What does it do and what happens if I would change it?
Wow! Three years and this question is bare! Unfortunately, I am not one to know the answer as I came here to try to get an answer. Hopefully people will notice this question! Three years!

hotspot: The offset from the top left of the texture to use as the target point (must be within the bounds of the cursor). if your pencil texture is 32x32 then the hotspot would be (0,31)
