Codes unavailable in C#

Ive just download Unity3D 4.3.4 (the latest version) and I cant type certain codes in C#.

like when I type an offset in Start its giving me an error. Or in LateUpdate, when im typing player it shows me errors all the time.

I realy need some help please...
