Can i get my money back for Unity3D Iphone
Simple question: is Unity giving refunds for the Iphone SDK that is now useless?
While a somewhat loaded question, I can see how the discussion could add value to the community. I strongly recommend you rephrase it, as there is no definitive answer yet on if the TOS ban Unity or not.
You should really acquire more facts before posting a question like this.

Nobody has said that Unity iPhone is useless. If it is, then I'm sure UT will say something about refunds. Until that time, nobody has any real info one way or the other. However, Unity iPhone apps are still being approved as of today (June 4).
Sept. 9 update: Apple is now expressly allowing game engines. No refunds, Unity was never rendered useless, and now we even have actual info.
Any word on this change from Apple yet? Im wondering if WWDC will clear up the final answer... or if it will still remain murky - makes it really hard for us to continue on a murky path. yikes...
