Animation Crossfading and Events (Legacy) not triggering at times

I am not sure why, sometimes the events just don't trigger at the end frame. Even when there is no other animation in the queue. Could someone help me out with this?

I cant use Courotines with time because sometimes the animation speed changes based on the skills. I was having problems with that.
