ReplacePrefab is not saving the shaders
I have been using ReplacePrefab to create prefabs with scripts.
I have also been using a script called autotransparent to make objects that get in the way of the camera transparent temporarily.
The problem is that ReplacePrefab no longer saves the shaders attached to objects after autotransparent has touched an object, even if the object has returned to normal.
Is there a way to make sure that ReplacePrefab saves the shader, even if the shader has been changed?
