Asset Server Commit Error

I'm using an asset server and trying to commit files but I get this error.

Could not prepare upload. duplicate key value violates unique constraint "asset_guid_uidx"

In that commit I tried to do a couple things to the project, reorganize the files and add in new assets. I was able to do a small commit (uploaded a new, empty folder and uploaded a scene file). I was able to connect successfully to the server and initially updated a blank project with the server version, so I can connect and transfer files well enough. So I need help resolving that error so that I can actually commit my changes to the project.
