maya3dsmax3ds max
Autocad, maya or 3ds Max for 3d building model assets?
I use zbrush for character/creature 3d model creation, ans unity's terrain editor for terrain, but i do not know witch one of them to use for buildings like houses and castles...

Use whichever one you have a license for, and are comfortable with. No-one typically uses Autocad for creating game assets, though.
