Cant Import Photoshop RAW

Hey i made my terrain in Photoshop. then i tryed to save it as Photoshop raw it was fine but when i try to import into Unity3D Terrain after i import it just disappearing

Game Object>Create Other>Terrain> ( A greyish plane come up ) then i try to import my raw file it the plane disappears
