Help With UV Mapping
K, so I'm a complete noob with UVW wrapping or painting or whatever you wanna call it so I need help.
What I'm trying to do is really simple. I need to make Minecraft blocks in unity or an external 3d program. For some objects, it is not the same texture on all sides. What is the easiest way to "paste" a texture separate texture on to each side? Do I need to use an external program or can it be done all in unity?
Example of what I need to do.
Also, the programs I have easy access to that may be useful are Blender, C4D, and Photoshop.
Thanks in advance.

I don't use Blender to UV map, I use 3DCoat or Lightwave, but it should be very straightforward. A simple Google found me this link to a simple, clear tutorial in Blender showing you exactly how to UV map a cube. This tutorial is from a slightly older version of Blender but should still apply. Check it out - it should answer your question: Blender UV Mapping a Cube
