Unity is stuck on White screen every time i open it.
I cant even open unity.. I get a white screen and nothing is happening.. i uninstalled it and re-installed it fresh same problem!!! I really need to make it work!!! and there is no support at all..
I doubt it's happening, but can you alt-tab and see if there's anything dumb popping up behind it, like a User Account Control window or something? I can't imagine that anything like that would actually prevent unity from working, but who knows.
I'd also suggest using Revo Uninstaller to wipe everything related with unity off of your computer, and re-install, but again, no clue if that'd actually help
I tried that... I m using your uninstaller to wipe everything.. i m going to try and older version now.. see what will happen!
If the old version works, I'd progressively install later versions to see if you can find which version it breaks on.

Can you open any other projects? Press ALT when opening Unity to open the Project Wizard.
I had the same problem as you, It turned out to be Stardock Window FX, if you have anything that interacts with Windows' DWM stuff, I'd recommend disabling it to see if that helps.
Unity was opening but only 1/4 of the top left hand side was displaying and the rest was white. even with the "help" and "about" screens. I discovered that on mine it was a compatibility issue. To fix it right clicking on the unity.exe, going to property, clicking on the compatibility tab, and check "Override DPI scaling" I have a Microsoft surface pro 2. running Windows 10 Insider Preview 17046.1000 (rs_prerelease) i5 intel HD graphics
