I'm just guessing here, but try baking the light?
go into window, then lighting, then settings and scroll down to generate lighting

I saw you solved it with aniso level. What is happening here is mipmapping. A technique to avoid this mess: https://textureingraphics.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/mipmap1.png
You can completely turn of mipmapping for the texture. Set the filter mode to trilinear for better blending. Or indeed use a higher anisotropic filter level for keeping the image sharp when looking at it from an angle.
