Play button & pause button activates at the same time, can not play the created scene

Hello friends, I created a project with third person controller script, initially it was playing fine, but suddenly the pause button activates at the same time of play button. I am not able to test anything that i created so far. gameplay is paused. Please let me know if any of you guys face this issue. Apprecitae your help guys.

So far i tried to re-install the unity, restart my PC, delete the 3rd person controller script,delete the created prefabs, no change yet....
