Object appears to be rotated after export
Hi All, I'm new to Unity and the forums so I apologise if this asked a lot.
I'm importing objects into Unity from 3DS Max using a standard FBX export. When I add my asset to unity, the model appears to display correctly in the game viewport, but in the asset preview window it appears to be rotated 90 degrees. (see attachment) Why is this? will this affect the model in any way? Am I using the export setting incorrectly?
Edit: Additionally to this, my Y/Z axis is rotated by 180 degrees!
