Can I use Unity (free version) for commercial purposes?
Hey guys, I'm new here. I wanted to ask that if I use Unity (free version) to make a game, can I sell that game? Like submit it to Steam Greenlight or something like that?

Yes Archerized,
You can sell game, but only if your anual gross revenues is under 100.000 $
Take a look on the official Unity FAQ page : Link, at the last line, under "Making and selling games with Unity"
Thanks, but I don't get this part:
However, the free version of Unity may not be licensed by a commercial entity with annual gross revenues (based on fiscal year) in excess of US$100,000, or by an educational, non-profit or government entity with an annual budget of over US$100,000.
can you (or someone else) explain this to me in a more simple way?
"If your company earns more than $100,000 a year, you must buy a Unity Pro licence." - better?
Well, I'm the sole developer (no company). Does this still apply to me?
