If i buy the current Unity Pro(4.2.1) will i be able to get the future updates for free or do i have to pay again ?
You get any 4.x updates free. There will be an upgrade fee if you want Unity 5.x.
$1500 is the new purchase price; the upgrade price is normally 50% of that.
Another option is to take advantage of the subscription service. Considering unity 4 is nearing its end of life cycle phase, unity 5 will be along soon enough to make the ongoing cost well worth it.
I rather doubt that Unity 4 is any more than halfway through its life cycle. I personally wouldn't expect to see Unity 5 until the end of next summer.
purely as a business matter, I would suggest the subscription model is rarely a good choice. another piece of pain, don't forget you have to buy all the platform plug ins as well. (unless you're the world's only remaining "$$anonymous$$ac only!" studio ;-) )
