Timer question
So I have a turn based battle system which is working to some degree, however it just flies through turns in an instant, naturally. How would I go about implement a timer to tell the system to wait at the end of a turn for say 5 seconds. I've looked at System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(n) but it seems that this just stops everything and nothing can happen during this time.
While not much should be happening but I'd like to have it so the player can quit or bring up menus if they wanted. Just looking to see what options I have and how to implement them.
