Hi,
Are the business hours for premium support only available on work days or also on weekends as it does not state that clearly, it only says the working hours? As it is I would guess also weekends. Thanks for the response.
"Business hours are 10:00 BST through to 23:59 BST. Issues submitted outside of these hours will be treated as submitted at 10:00 BST."

Business hours are GMT, and Monday-to-Friday. If you need support over the weekends, then I am sure we can come up with a price for that.
