Reference Script Missing Warning

Question

I know troubleshooting this can get complicated, however, I'm currently getting the warning: "The referenced script on this Behaviour is missing!". It's not catastrophic and I realize I can turn this warning off - but I'd love to find which reference is missing.

Here's my issue... I've already tired http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=FindMissingScripts and ran it for 100% of the gameObjects (including instantiated prefabs), and all gameObjects, child GO's, and their attached components show no errors. I'm at a loss for finding this missing reference.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I recommend you try this FindPro.

It can find all missing references. And it supports searching both in the project folder and in the hierarchy view.
