Make a unique Serial for each game

Hi comunity, i wish made a serial for my game in unity3d, i explain, i wish that a player install my game in your computer and when start the game, he will has to registre his computer in a page web, and i wish know how make a string unique for each game , for take a control of the players in my data base.-
