If you mean Windows user account (assu$$anonymous$$g you use Windows), then you have to find this project on disk and open it. Default location of Unity projects in Windows is user Decuments folder. For example, for Win7 this might be

 C:\Users\NewGuy75\Documents\

If your question is related to other problem, please provide more details.

I don't have a $$anonymous$$ac, but according to this question, default location of project on $$anonymous$$ac is user folder. I guess you can copy your project from previous user folder, if you have permissions.

I don't know how file associations work with mac, but you could try simply browsing to the project, find a scene file, and double-click it. [project name]/Assets/[possible sub-directory/]$$anonymous$$yScene.unity

I move whole projects both around on my $$anonymous$$ac and between my $$anonymous$$ac and PC. Location does not matter. Just do as @alucardj says and double click on the scene file.
