Connect to Wifi Mobile

My program checks if the user has a connection or not which works amazingly well. However, my question is how do I allow users to connect to wifi in my iPhone app? When I play other games that require an connection it always comes up with a popup that allows me to sign in and connect to wifi. Hopefully you guys can help!
