Scene view problem

Well everything was normal, i was looking around my scene a little, and i clicked on yellow dot of light probes, when i clicked it, scene view changed, it's just rotating around the object, i can't move whereever i want, i can't do anything and it looks wired too. I realy can't explain it, maybe you know what's up ? So the movement of the camera of scene view is diffrent now, dunno why, never happend to me before.

EDIT: Seems like it has problems with draw distance too
