access unity asset store on unity 3.3

Question

how can i access unity asset store on unity 3.3? i have been to windows ab in unity but i do not know how to really get onto the asset store.

Go to windows > Asset Store or hit ctrl+9 while in the editor. Then wait for the ever so slow asset store to load up.

press cmd +9 whilst in unity

that makes a beep sound and doesnt open the asset store ive been there (windows > Asset Store) but it isnt there
