Terrain Details Point Filtering?

Hello

I have a 32x32 Grass Texture with Point Filter, but when I try to use this texture as Grass Texture in the Terrain tool the Texture seems to be Trilinear/Bilinear. How to keep the sharp pixel look on Detail?

Hey there, I'm running into the same issue, did you find a solution to your problem?

I understand why it's behaving like that, but it would be awesome to have control over the shader and filtering type we assign to our terrain and its details.

Could you elaborate a little more on that last comment? You can create a custom material with your own shader and assign it to the terrain

I tried but didn't seam to affect the grass details. Also on the subject of materials, when I put a new material with unity's unlit texture shader in there, my ground textures on my terrain get all splotchy and low rez. Any idea why that happens?
