Reflective surfaces
Hello again,
Time for another lame question
I like my metal surfaces to look very shiny and reflective. I use the reflective/bumped/specular shader to achieve this. It's the reflective cube map that makes things happen. I don't bake textures. Need to use dynamic lights.
However, when I switch off all the lights the surfaces remain visible and reflective - unlike the effect when using the lightmapped/bumped/specular shader.
Is there a way to combine the lightmap shader and reflective shader? I've tried but to no avail.
THE AIM is to pass a torch light across a dark (pitch black) surface that only shows the reflective shader properties where the circular hot beam hits it.
