Can't delete project folder, Bootcamp error.

So I made a huge mistake and I need to re-do the whole project, which isn't TO bad, but its saying I can't delete the folder with the old project in it because its in use, Unity is closed and I even started a new project, it still wont delete. How do I fix this little bug?

So I imported Bootcamp, and screwed my scene up so I am redoing the project, now I am going into the MAIN folder that holds it, and I find these files.

Temp > TarGZ > Bootcamp

when I try to delete bootcamp itself,this comes up.

This action can't be completed because this file is open in F-Secure Host Process.

How do I fix this?
