Blender Animations with Different Starting Rotations
I have been trying to make multiple Blender animations for a single object, some of which have the object starting in a different rotational position. However, the animations that start in a different rotation on Blender than the import start position are not rotating correctly in relation to another object. Basically, how could I have it so that animations on a given object have a different starting rotation than other animations on that object?

Always begin the animations in the same position if you can, and use Unity's rotation baking to streamline them.
Of course this depends on your situation.
You may need to add more information.
