Texture importer, changing original file size
Hey there! I'm looking around and can't find anything that suits me. I readed about TextureImporter, but can't find there too.
What I want is: Let's say I have X amount of textures in my project and they are all non multiple of 4, so they can't be compressed with DXT5. I want to make an script that'll look into a folder/path, look each tex there and'll make that texture a few pixels bigger/smaller. Let's say my texture is 428x58 pixels. 428 is ok, but I need to 2 pixels into de Y size, to make it 428x60, than it'll be compressed by DXT5.
I only'll do PC builds. With Android being not that important and ignoring the others. Is this a good solution to build size and lower memory usage?
Any clues if it is possible, or any asset in the assetstore that can make that? Thank you all ♥
