My game lags, (how do i reduce lag)
I made a map 500x500, but my game is lagging, i get around 37 fps i placed all the trees manually without the brush, (it was trees i found on google)and i also build the houses of cubes, so there a really many cubes, and many trees. And it lags, i know that its a good idea to make the houses in 3ds max, but i didn't know how to do it soo.. can i reduce the lag? Many world like mmorpg where the worlds are more than 5000x5000 well they dont lag. and mine is just 500x500. Sooo any idea?

You need to reduce the polygons of the models, adjust the view of the camera and cull everything you don't need. Use compressed textures if you can and mipmaps, stay aware of the draw calls. Use awake in the scripts and don't use update a lot. Combine meshes if you can. And don't use a lot of effects.

A house out of cubes shouldnt be a Problem. But a tree you downloaded from google? Im pretty sure if its a highly detail model, that is creating the lags. You should use the default ones at the beginning and maybe replace them if you found better ones later (better ones => looking good + low poly)

No the trees, isn't high quality at all, its low poly 440-880 tris you can see the edges really good :)
