Input.GetTouch never getting TouchPhase.Ended on Android
Hi, I am having some problems running on Android with Unity 5.6.x (5.6.0, 5.6.1f1 and 5.6.1p2)
Our input code no longer works when building for Android and it appears to be because we are not getting any TouchPhase.Ended touches on Android from Input.GetTouch(), so we get touch presses but never any releases when running on device. We seem to only be getting TouchPhase.Began.
This is not an issue on iOS where we correctly get both presses and releases when running on device. This code has been unchanged for a while and used to work.
Is this a known issue with Android in Unity 5.6.x? Has the input code changed significantly that would explain this change in behavior for Android only?
Thanks.
